Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction once the order has been delivered.

All sales are considered final, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Damages, Defects & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mypawnest.com, providing:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once the issue is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
No return of the defective item may be required, depending on the case.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items once opened

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, you must place a new order.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds (Defective or Approved Cases Only)

If a refund is approved due to a verified defect or EU cancellation:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund
